We currently ship to the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We offer free shipping on orders over $25 before discount.

For orders below $25, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Time

Usual delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

JOKUMO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • Neighbours
  • Building reception
  • Local carrier or delivery office

We will do our best to help, but JOKUMO is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain U.S. locations due to carrier, legal, or logistical restrictions.

If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.
